Born in 1967 in Amsterdam (Holland).
In 1981 he began to study flamenco with Matilde Coral. In 1987 get the degree in choreography and interpretation techniques of classical ballet and flamenco in the Conservatory of Dance of Seville, obtaining a qualification of outstanding. The first performances were made with a flamenco group consisting of Matilde Coral and Juan Morilla touring with it the Spanish geography.
Has studied with various masters of flamenco as: Mario Maya, Manolo Marín, Farruco, wicker, Matilde Coral, Milagros Menjibar, etc.
From 1986 begins work on various Flamenco Festivals as soloist.
In 1987 becomes part of the company “La Cuadra de Sevilla” of Salvador Távora, participating in three of their shows. With this company travels throughout Europe and America.
In 1992 acts in Barcelona on the occasion of the closing of the Paralympic Games.
In 1994 intervenes in the opera “Carmen” by Bizet, in quality of flamenco dancer soloist, interpreted by a Bulgarian companies led by Borislav Ivanov. This opera was presented in the Cartuja Auditorium in Seville, on the occasion of an International Festival of Opera, then is represented in various cities of Europe.
In this year begins to give classes of flamenco in various public and private centers, working with the Provincial de Huelva and various government agencies.
In 1996 begins work on the foundation of Flamenco Cristina Heeren, giving classes along with Milagros Menjíbar, Carmen Ledesma, Calixto Sánchez, José de la Tomasa, Naranjito de Triana, Eduardo Rebollar and Manolo Franco among others.
In the years 2000 and 2001 is claimed to give master classes in Denmark, Germany and Seville with reason of the Bienal de Flamenco.
In the year 2002 acted in New York and Miami next to Calixto Sánchez, Eduardo Rebollar and Manolo Franco on the occasion of an International Festival of Flamenco.
In the year 2003 is part of the cast of artistic show “Portrait Flamenco” by Calixto Sánchez.
In 2004 begins to work with the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Junta of Andalusia within the program “Flamenco Routes” where they teach an interactive class to learn to distinguish the different styles of flamenco, being of great acceptance on the part of professionals and the general public. This conference was in Japan in the year 2005 on the occasion of the Universal Exhibition of Aichi, being chosen one of the best shows.
In 2006 was in the Flamenco Festival in New York and in the tourism fair in Andalusia held in Paris.
In the 2005 creates your company Performing Arts Rebollar, which besides being the headquarters of its space to teaching guitar, flamenco singing and dancing, it is also the place where you create, organize and disseminate flamenco events up to the present time.
From the year 2007 is requested to act in various festivals, shows and programs of Flemish television.
